1. Key Definitions
Payment Processors: Third-party service providers handling payment processing for NUVEXN transactions.
Service Fees: Administrative charges applied to transactions.
NUVEXN Balance: discounts issued to Customers for refunds, promotions, or loyalty programs.
2. Purchasing Terms (For Customers)
2.1 Payment Processing
All payments for services/products are made directly to NUVEXN via our platform.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards
PayPal
NUVEXN Balance (discount)
Bank Transfers (region dependent)
Service Fees:
5.5% of transaction value + $3.50 for purchases <$100.
Hourly services: 5.5% service fee.
2.2 Taxes
Prices displayed include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax).
Additional tax may apply based on Customer’s jurisdiction.
2.3 Currency & Conversion
Transactions default to USD. Local currency prices are estimates and subject to exchange rates.
Non-USD payments may incur conversion fees by Payment Processors.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Policy
Refunds are issued to original payment method or as NUVEXN Balance discounts.
Digital Products: Nonrefundable after delivery unless defective.
Services:
Cancel >24h predelivery: Full refund
Cancel <24h predelivery: 50% refund
Postdelivery: Casebycase review
3.2 Dispute Resolution
Contact Support within 7 days of purchase for issues.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
4. Security & Compliance
Payment data is encrypted and processed by PCIDSS compliant Payment Processors.
NUVEXN reserves the right to:
Hold funds for suspected fraud
Modify these terms with 30 days’ notice
Suspend accounts for payment policy violations
5. General Provisions
Governing Law: New York State law (U.S. transactions) or Cyprus law (nonU.S. transactions).
Updates: Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
