Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 8, 2025

Introduction

Eagle Peak USA LLC (“Eagle Peak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website nuvexn.com or use our services. It also describes your rights and choices regarding your information. Our services are intended for users 16 years of age and older worldwide (we do not knowingly serve or collect data from children under 16, see Children’s Privacy below). By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or provide any personal information. This Policy is governed by United States law (specifically the laws of the State of Arizona) and is designed to comply with international principles of data protection, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent applicable.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution: By using our site, you agree that any disputes regarding this Privacy Policy or our handling of your personal information will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This means you waive certain rights such as the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and, unless otherwise required by law, will take place in Arizona, USA. Each party will bear its own arbitration costs, and any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions about our practices, you can contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

Data We Collect

We only collect personal information that is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. This includes information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically through your use of our site, and information from third parties (such as payment processors). The types of data we collect are:

Information You Provide: When you interact with our site or services (for example, by placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us), you may give us personal information such as your name, email address, country,

company or organization name, and any project materials or files you choose to upload or submit. This may include technical project information or other content relevant to the services we provide. We will also collect any other personal details you voluntarily provide in communications with us.

Order and Payment Information: If you purchase products or services from us, we will collect information about your order (such as the items or services purchased, order date, and amount). Payment details, such as credit card numbers or other financial information, are handled by our third-party payment processors for security. For example, if you pay online, you might be redirected to a secure payment processor (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, or a similar provider) to enter your payment information. We do not receive or store full credit/debit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our systems; we only receive limited information from the payment processor (such as a confirmation that payment was completed, the last four digits of your card, or a transaction ID) necessary to record and fulfill your order. These third-party payment providers are themselves compliant with industry security standards (like PCI-DSS) and have their own privacy policies governing the personal data you provide to them.

Technical and Usage Data: When you visit nuvexn.com, our system may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the site. This data may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages or content viewed, and the dates/times of your visits. We collect this information through server logs and similar mechanisms for security and functionality purposes – for example, to monitor site performance and prevent fraudulent activity. We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) or advertising trackers on our site, so no behavioral tracking or profiling cookies are employed beyond basic technical cookies necessary for the site to function. In other words, we do not collect more data than is needed to operate our website and services, and we do not use cookies or other tracking technologies for advertising or marketing. Our site also does not include third-party ads or social media plug-ins that would collect your information.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account passwords, health data, etc.) as part of our standard operations. Please refrain from submitting such sensitive data in any project materials or communications unless it is absolutely necessary for the service and you have discussed it with us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information collected for the following purposes, and we ensure that we have a valid legal basis for each use (such as performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, or pursuing our legitimate business interests, as well as obtaining consent where required):

Order Fulfillment & Service Delivery: To process and fulfill your orders for our products or services, including confirming your purchase, providing the services or digital deliverables, and shipping physical products if applicable. We use your information to carry out our contract with you – for example, using your name and address to deliver goods, or your project files to perform the requested services.

Client Communication: To communicate with you about your projects, orders, or inquiries. This includes sending service-related announcements, responding to questions or support requests, providing project updates, and facilitating ongoing consultations. We may contact you by email (or other contact information you provided) to ensure you receive the best possible service and to address any issues. We will also use your contact information to provide customer support and technical assistance when needed.

Project Management & Internal Tracking: To manage and track projects internally, ensuring that your requirements are met and that our team (including any authorized outsourcing members) can collaborate effectively on your project. This may involve using your information in our internal project management tools or databases to keep track of deadlines, specifications, revisions, and deliverables associated with your project. It is in our legitimate interest to use data this way in order to deliver high-quality results and operate efficiently.

Long-Term Relationship Management: We value long-term relationships with our clients. We may retain and reference your information to support future interactions and returning customers. For example, we keep records of past projects, communications, and preferences so that we can better assist you if you return for new projects or re-orders. This might include remembering your project requirements, design preferences, or previous files to streamline future work. We may occasionally reach out with information relevant to your past projects or our services (for instance, if we introduce a new service that complements a past project of yours), but we will not send general marketing newsletters or third-party advertisements without your explicit consent. Any such communications will be infrequent and focused on maintaining our service relationship, not on mass marketing.

Processing Payments: To process transactions you initiate. As noted, we use third-party payment processors, but we will use your information as needed to ensure payments are completed (e.g., forwarding your name and order number to the processor, and recording that a payment was made). We keep records of transactions (without sensitive payment details) for accounting and to handle refunds or disputes.

Ensuring Security and Preventing Fraud: To protect our business, website, and users. For example, we may use technical information (like IP addresses and log data) to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, spam, attacks on our systems, or other illegal activities. We may also use it to enforce our terms of service and investigate or take action against any violations. This use is necessary for compliance with law and our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure.

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes. We may use and retain your information as needed to fulfill our legal obligations – for instance, maintaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, or responding to lawful requests by government authorities. If we are required by law to report or share your data (for example, for a subpoena or court order), we will only do so after verifying the request and as outlined in Data Sharing below.

We do not use your personal data for any behavioral advertising, profiling, or selling of data. In particular, we do not use analytics to track you across other sites, and we do not provide your information to third parties for their own marketing. Our use of personal data is strictly limited to serving you and operating our business as described above. If we ever need to use your information for a new purpose not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will update this Policy and/or obtain your consent when required.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We treat your personal information with care and confidentiality. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing or any other purposes. However, we do share your information in certain circumstances with trusted parties, as outlined below, in order to run our business and provide services to you. Whenever we share data, we ensure the recipient is bound to protect it in accordance with this Policy (for example, through contractual obligations like Non-Disclosure Agreements) and applicable law:

Authorized Team Members and Contractors: Eagle Peak may employ staff or engage independent contractors and outsourcing partners to help fulfill your order or project. These team members will have access to your information only on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent necessary to perform the services for you. All such personnel – including any external freelancers or specialists we hire to assist with your project – are bound by confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). This means they are legally obligated to keep your information confidential and use it solely for the purposes of completing your project. We vet our partners carefully and ensure they understand their privacy obligations. For example, if we outsource a part of your project’s development or design to a contractor, we may share your project files and instructions with them, but they cannot disclose or use that information outside of working on your project.

Service Providers: We use reputable third-party service providers to support our operations. This includes cloud hosting providers (for data storage and website functionality), email service providers (to send communications), and payment processors (to handle payment transactions). These service providers may process and store your personal information on our behalf. For instance, our website and databases may be hosted on secure cloud servers provided by companies in the United States. We ensure that such providers implement strong security measures. Our payment processing partners will receive the necessary personal data to process your payment (such as your name, billing address, and payment details), and as noted, they process your payment information securely in compliance with industry standards. Each service provider is contractually required to protect your data and not to use it for any purpose other than providing services to Eagle Peak.

Logistics and Shipping Partners: If your order includes physical goods that need to be shipped, we will share the necessary shipping information (such as your name and delivery address, and possibly phone or email for delivery updates) with the shipping or logistics companies responsible for delivering the product to you. These may include postal services or courier companies. They are authorized to use your information only for the purpose of shipping your order and handling related logistics (e.g., customs clearance if international shipping is involved).

Business Transfers: In the event that Eagle Peak USA LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or reorganization, your personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We would only do this if the other party commits to respecting your personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. If such a transfer occurs, we will notify you (for example, via email or a prominent notice on our site) of any change in ownership or control of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have.

Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights: We may disclose your personal information if we in good faith believe that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request (such as a subpoena or court order); (b) enforce or apply our Terms of Service or other agreements, and/or investigate potential violations thereof; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle Peak, our customers, or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, as permitted by law. We will endeavor to notify you of any such legal demands for your data, unless prohibited by law or if the matter is urgent.

With Your Consent: In situations other than those above, if we need to share your information with a third party, we will do so only if you have given consent for that specific sharing. For example, if you ask us to introduce you to a partner company or you explicitly agree that we can share your testimonial on our website, we will share data in accordance with your request.

No Third-Party Advertising or External Links: We do not share your information with any third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms for advertising purposes. In fact, our website does not display third-party ads and does not contain external links to other websites at this time (aside from possibly links to our payment processor or other service interfaces as part of using our service). This means when you use our site, you are not being unknowingly redirected to other domains that collect your data. If in the future we include links to external websites or services, please note that those would have their own privacy policies and we would advise you to review those policies before providing any personal information. But as of the effective date of this Policy, any personal data you provide through nuvexn.com stays within our control and the trusted categories of recipients listed above.

We strive to minimize the amount of data shared and ensure that only the necessary information is disclosed for each purpose. In all cases of data sharing, we remain responsible for the protection of your personal data. We also never sell personal information and never disclose personal data to third parties for their own marketing use, so there is no need for an “opt-out” of sale under CCPA – we simply do not engage in such activities.

Data Storage and Retention

Storage Location: All personal information we collect is stored on secure cloud servers located in the United States. We use reputable U.S.-based cloud infrastructure providers with robust security practices. By keeping data on U.S. servers, we maintain close oversight of our data environment. (For international users: please see International Data Transfers below for more information on how we protect data moved outside your home country.)

Retention Period: We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In practice, this means:

Operational Retention: We will keep your information while you are an active client or user of our services. For example, if you have ongoing projects with us or an account on our site, we will retain the relevant personal data for the duration of our business relationship. This allows us to provide our services and reference past interactions to serve you better.

Long-Term Client Support: Even if you do not have an active project, we may retain basic contact information (such as your name, email, company, and past project history) for an extended period to support long-term relationship management. Because many of our clients return for new projects or updates months or even years later, it can be beneficial for both parties that we still have your prior project files and preferences on record. Therefore, unless you request deletion, we may keep your project files and contact details indefinitely so that we can seamlessly resume service when you return. This is in line with our business’s legitimate interest in maintaining client relationships and your interest in continuity of service. If you prefer that we not retain your data for potential future projects, you have the right to request deletion at any time (see Your Rights and Choices below), and we will securely remove or anonymize data as required.

Legal and Regulatory Retention: We may retain certain information for compliance with legal obligations and record-keeping requirements. For example, financial and transaction records (invoices, payment history, etc.) may be kept for a minimum period as required by U.S. tax law or accounting standards. Also, if a dispute or legal issue arises, we would retain relevant information throughout the resolution of that matter.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need or legal requirement to keep your personal information, we will delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you. If deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible (for example, because the data is stored in secure archives or backups), we will store your data securely and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Eagle Peak employs industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

Encryption: We use strong encryption protocols to protect data transmissions between your browser and our site (HTTPS/SSL/TLS). This means that any personal data you submit through our website is encrypted in transit. We also utilize encryption and other safeguards for data at rest in our databases and cloud storage, consistent with industry best practices (e.g., encrypting sensitive fields). In short, we apply “industry standard” encryption technologies throughout our systems to keep your data secure.

Access Controls: We restrict access to personal information to those employees and contractors who need the data to perform their duties (principle of least privilege). All personnel with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations. Our internal databases and systems require authentication and are protected by firewalls and monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.

Security Policies and Training: We maintain formal security policies and conduct training with our team to ensure everyone understands how to protect personal data. We regularly review our practices and update them as needed to address emerging threats.

Third-Party Security: When we use third-party service providers (such as hosting or payment services), we choose providers that are reputable and implement strong security. For example, our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant (the industry standard for payment security). We also ensure that our cloud providers maintain high standards of physical and network security.

Monitoring and Testing: We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. We also periodically assess and test our security measures (through software updates, security scans, etc.) to ensure they remain effective.

While we strive to protect your information, it is important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. However, we work diligently to protect your personal data and reduce risks to the best of our ability. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will act promptly to contain and investigate the incident. We will also notify you and any applicable regulators of a breach when required by law, and in such a case we would provide information on what happened and any steps you may need to take for protection.

By using our site, you understand that we implement strong safeguards but you should also take care in protecting your own credentials and devices. Always use a strong, unique password for our site (if you create an account) and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or personal data.

Your Rights and Choices

You have rights and choices regarding your personal information. Eagle Peak is committed to respecting the rights of individuals under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations), and we extend many of these core rights to all our users globally. Below is an overview of your rights and how you can exercise them:

Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to receive information about how we use it. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in our records, in a common format. This helps you understand what data we have and verify that we are processing it in accordance with the law.

Right to Correction: If any of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update it. We encourage you to keep your information up to date and will make corrections promptly upon your request.

Right to Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances. For example, if you no longer want our services and you request that we delete your information, we will erase the personal data we hold about you, provided we do not have a legal obligation or other valid reason to retain it. Note that we may need to keep certain information if required for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) or to establish/defend legal claims, but we will inform you if such an exception applies.

Right to Withdraw Consent: In cases where we rely on your consent to process your personal data (for instance, if you agreed to receive an email update or allowed us to use certain optional information), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, and it will not affect processing that is based on other legal grounds. If you withdraw consent for a particular purpose, we will stop the processing of your data for that purpose.

Right to Object to Processing: If we process your information based on legitimate interests (or for direct marketing purposes, which we currently do not do), you have the right to object to that processing. This means you can request that we stop using your data in a particular way. For example, if we were to send you marketing emails based on our legitimate interest in promoting our services, you could opt-out of receiving those. We do not use your data for marketing without consent, but if you feel any use of your data is not desired, you can object and we will review your request. If our processing is for purposes of complying with law or fulfilling a contract with you, we will explain if we cannot honor an objection.

Right to Data Portability: You have the right, in certain situations, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have that data transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible. This typically applies to data you provided to us and that we process by automated means based on your consent or to perform a contract with you. If you need a copy of your data to transfer to another service, let us know and we will accommodate if applicable.

Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we limit or restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. For instance, if you contest the accuracy of your data, you can ask us to suspend processing until the accuracy is verified. Or if you object to processing based on legitimate interests, you can ask us to restrict use while we determine whether our interests override yours. When processing is restricted, we will still store your data but not use it further until the issue is resolved.

Right to Non-Discrimination: If you exercise any of your rights under this Privacy Policy or applicable law, we will not discriminate against you. For example, if you request deletion of your data or opt out of any optional processing, we will not deny you services or provide a different level of service (consistent with CCPA’s non-discrimination provisions). Our service to you will remain the same, except that we will honor your privacy choices.

California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, in addition to the rights above, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share information. You also have the right to know if we have “sold” or “shared” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months (we have not, as noted). You can make a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request, but since we do not sell or share data for those purposes, we simply acknowledge this and confirm that we do not engage in such practices. California residents also have the right to receive information about any third parties we disclosed personal data to for direct marketing in the preceding year (again, not applicable here, as we do not disclose data for others’ direct marketing). If you are a California resident and have questions or requests about your rights under CCPA, you may contact us as described below.

EU/EEA/UK Privacy Rights: If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, in addition to the rights listed above (many of which come from the GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority (DPA) or supervisory authority in your country if you believe we have infringed your data protection rights. We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any concern, but you do have the right to seek enforcement of your privacy rights through regulators.

Exercising Your Rights: You may exercise any of your applicable rights by contacting us via email at nuvexngx@gmail.com (or see the Contact Us section for additional contact options). Please clearly describe your request – for example, if you want a copy of your data, if you want something corrected, or if you wish to object or delete information. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, especially for access, deletion, or highly sensitive changes. We will only use information provided in a request to verify and fulfill the request. In some cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm you are the owner of the data (or an authorized agent for the owner).

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time frame. For most requests, we aim to reply within 30 days. If we need more time (for example, if your request is complex or we have a high volume of requests), we will let you know the reason and extension period (an additional 30-45 days, if allowed by law). There is generally no fee for making a request, but if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive), we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on it – but we will explain our reasoning in such cases.

You also have choices regarding communications: if you prefer not to receive any optional communications from us (such as an occasional update about our services), you can opt out at any time by letting us know. However, please note that we will still send you transactional or service-related emails that are necessary for our obligations – for example, emails about your project status, important notices about our terms or this policy, or responses to your direct inquiries.

We are dedicated to honoring your rights and ensuring you have control over your personal information. If you have any questions about your privacy rights or need assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

International Data Transfers

Eagle Peak USA LLC is based in the United States, and as noted, we store and process personal information on servers located in the USA. If you are accessing our website or using our services from outside the United States, be aware that your personal information will likely be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States. The data protection and privacy laws in the U.S. may not be as comprehensive or protective as those in your home country (for example, individuals in the EU have certain rights and protections under GDPR that may exceed those under U.S. law).

However, we value the privacy of our international clients and take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place when we transfer personal data across borders. These measures include:

Your Consent and Contractual Necessity: By providing your personal information to us and/or using our services, you consent to the transfer of that information to the United States and its processing and storage here, as described in this Privacy Policy. For clients outside the U.S., this transfer is necessary in order to provide you with the requested services (since we operate from the U.S.), so it falls under the necessity of fulfilling our contract with you. We handle your data in accordance with this Policy regardless of location.

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Where applicable (for example, if required under EU law for transfers of EU personal data to the U.S.), we are prepared to use European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or similar contractual commitments to ensure that an equivalent level of data protection travels with your personal data. These clauses contractually bind us to protect personal data to EU standards even after it’s been transferred to a non-EU country. If you are an EU/EEA customer and would like more information about such arrangements, you can contact us. We also monitor developments in EU–US data transfer frameworks and will adopt any enhanced compliance mechanisms as they become available.

Additional Safeguards: We implement robust security measures (as described in Data Security) to protect data in transit and at rest, which mitigates risks during international transfer. We also limit the onward transfer of your data to third parties – we only send it to those who are either in jurisdictions deemed adequate for data protection or who have contractually agreed to protect it with standards similar to ours.

In summary, regardless of where you are located, we handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with care for privacy and security. If you are located in a jurisdiction (like the EU or UK) that has data export requirements, we ensure that any international data transfers comply with those laws. By using our site, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and you consent to that transfer. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy in the U.S. and any other country where we or our service providers process data.

If you have questions about our international data handling or require more information about cross-border safeguards, please contact us.

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young users is especially important. Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use our site or send any personal information to us. Eagle Peak does not intentionally process data of children under 16 years old, in line with the strictest age-of-consent requirements under global privacy laws (for example, the EU’s GDPR generally prohibits processing of personal data of individuals under 16 without parental consent). We also adhere to U.S. law (the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) which imposes requirements for websites collecting data on children under 13 – however, our policy is to disallow all users under 16 altogether, providing an even higher level of protection.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 16, we will promptly delete that information from our records (unless we are legally obligated to retain it, in which case we will secure it and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible). For example, if a minor fraudulently registers with a false age and we later discover their true age, we will remove their data.

For minors aged 16 to 17 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher), who are allowed to use our site, we advise that you only use the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. While 16 and 17-year-olds may be mature enough to use our services in many places, they are still under the legal age of majority (18 in most jurisdictions). By using our services, we expect that anyone aged 16 or 17 has the legal capacity to consent or has obtained any necessary parental consent to enter into the agreement for our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent from users if we suspect they are under 18, and to refuse service to anyone that cannot prove they meet our minimum age requirements.

We do not use personal information of any minor in any way that would require parental consent under applicable laws, and we do not share such information with third parties except as necessary for the operation of the service (as described in this Policy) or as required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we might have collected information from your child under 16, please contact us immediately (see Contact Us below). We will take prompt action to investigate and address the issue, including deleting the information if appropriate. Your child’s privacy and safety are of utmost importance to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and will indicate at the top of the Policy when it was last updated or its effective date. If we make material changes to how we collect or use your personal information, we will take appropriate measures to inform you of those changes, consistent with the significance of the changes and legal requirements. For example, if you have provided us an email address, we may notify you of significant changes by email, or we may post a prominent notice on our website (such as a banner or pop-up notification) prior to the change becoming effective. Minor updates (such as clarifications or improvements to wording) may be simply updated on the Privacy Policy page with the new effective date.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. If you continue to use our website or services after any changes to this Policy take effect, it will constitute your acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law. However, if any change requires your consent (for example, if we were to start collecting additional personal data or using it for new purposes that require consent), we will obtain such consent from you.

In summary, your privacy is an ongoing priority, and so this Policy will evolve as needed. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your consent. The “Last Updated” or “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the latest changes were made.
